Rat Problem in Florida, Can I sue

So I purchased a house a little over a year ago in Florida and had to move my daughter out in April because we discovered it is rat infested. The rat removal company came to inspect and said they have been there for years. They even said there were old rat traps in the attic. This was never disclosed by the seller, the sellers agent or even the freaking inspector. I would never have bought this house if I knew. I’ll lose money if I sell and  I couldn’t even sell it with a good conscious like that and the house is not worth dumping $ for rat removal. Can I sue the ex owner? Is it worth it?
