Accredited Investor trusted site?

Hi All,

My husband and I are both contributors here in BP, host a weekly BP live, and have been on 3 of the BP podcasts!

We have been raising private money for a while and have done so mostly with sophisticated (and some accredited) investors. We are raising for our newest project (a 336 unit apartment building) in NC and this syndication is set up that we can solicit and accept only accredited investors. We are looking to expand our marketing strategies and get in front of new accredited investors.

Would you know of any trusted websites where accredited investors can review/access deals? A website/service that matches syndicators and accredited investors? Not sure if something like this exists, but was curious to learn.

The crowdfunding sites are not very efficient or expeditious. They can also be cost prohibitive. The best strategy is a consistent highly targeted marketing strategy that brings accredited investors directly to you.
