How To Find Duplexes

I've been practicing running numbers for rental deals but I have one problem: I find these duplexes and come to find out that it's only ONE side. How exactly do I find the WHOLE duplex? (on Zillow, Realtor, Redfin, etc.) Should I just wait until I have access to the MLS when I get hired as an agent?

@Brandon C. so they are selling a single side of the duplex?  Almost as a condo / townhome?
