In the syndicated apartment investing space, is anyone finding Ashcroft is having difficulty getting its disbursements correct? In my first two investments with them I'm finding some "missed layups" in this regard and wondering if it is a thing, and if so, does it say anything about their quality assurance processes and attention to detail?
