Where to get high quality data?

Where do you guys turn for high quality data? For example I wanted to compare loan delinquency and occupancy rates between single family, multifamily, stocks, commodities and different commercial assets to see how multifamily has performed. Also returns over diffeent years to measure correlation between the different assets. My first thought was to look at institutional research but the raw data might also be valuable. What do you guys think?
