Four Unit Properties

I have multiple investors right now all looking for the exact same thing: a GREAT deal on a 4-unit Multi-family. But my problem hasn't just been finding great deals, it's been finding 4-unit properties altogether, whether it's on or off market in Atlanta. Is any one else running into this problem?

@Ayat Suleiman yes it is very hard to find inventory anywhere right now. Whether you are on market or off market, there just isn't much for sale.
