Have one almost paid quadplex or two mortgages
I have two quadplexes in Rio rancho NM. Random Maintenance is having me pay the mortgage a lot of the months. I’m thinking of selling one quadplex and throwing all the appreciation towards the first one. After 4 years my real estate agent said it’s appreciated about 120 grand. What is everyone’s thoughts on paying one mortgage of quickly or keep both and keep juggling everything?
