Multi-Family (2-6 Units): New Construction
Looking for someone who has purchased land and had a small multifamily housing project built (2-6 units) in Texas. Where did you find your Builder? Did the Builder purchase the land and roll the cost into the note? I am a TX VET and I am comparing the benefits of purchasing the land with my TXVLB benefits vs. working with the Builder to purchase the land.
