Hello B.P members. My name is Ulisses and for the past few month I have been reading and gaining as much knowledge as I can. I have also learn how to Analyze property using an app. Not a pro yet but feel good about analyzing. I have learn a lot and I been trying to do more action and getting things done. I currently live in Santa Cruz and before COVID-19 I tried getting preapproved but then everything stopped. Just this month I was trying to get the ball rolling but been a little busy and today unexpectedly. I found out that a P.O where we use to live for several years is Motivated to sell her 8 unit building in Fresno CA.  My mother has helped her manage her other apartments in Santa Cruz. I want to talk to her about Buying her 8 unit and see how I can help her out. Any suggestions or tips welcome.
