Are you wanting to invest directly or passively?  Are you wanting to by a duplex, 10 units, or 200 units?  Do you know how to underwrite assets, looking for help with how to source deals, how to pick a property manager?

If you share a little more about your goals and where you are, there are countless people here, myself included, that would be willing to share and help, but we need need some direction of where to begin.
