Zoning (Duplex to Triplex)
I’m looking to buy a house that is currently zoned legally as a 3 family, but the owner has it as a 2 family (never legally re-zoned). If I were to buy it and renovate it to a 3 family again would I need to submit plans to the town and get building inspections?
