Stop listening to people who aren’t in the GAME.

Hi all, I hope everyone is doing well during these challenging times. I just wanted to give a few quick words of encouragement. I see far too many beginners bringing up people’s opinions who quite frankly just don’t matter. Real estate investing can be a very lonely game. Most of your friend and families WILL NOT GET IT, and may even deter you from getting started. My simple advice is listen to yourself, and people who have done it. Seek advice from successful people who share similar, or even BIGGER goals and ideas. Of course we love our family and friends unconditionally, but that doesn’t mean we should be taking their advice on things they haven’t done. In short, surround yourself with like minded go getters, and GO FOR IT TODAY. 😃

@Bud Gaffney Say it louder for the people in the back!!!

“We can always kind of be average and do what’s normal. I’m not in this to do what’s normal.” —K. Bryant

I try to keep Kobe's quote in mind. I wasn't put on this green earth to be normal, and most of the people around us are normal! Wake up, go to work, come home, eat, relax for an hour, go to sleep, rinse and repeat. That's not for me.

We've got one shot at this, to do whatever you want - whether it be leaving a legacy, inspiring others, building a badass business - let us not get caught in other people's fear. Life is too short.

I've got one professional goal - to build the most efficient property management company the CT/MA market has ever seen, and one personal goal - to be HAPPY and 100% in control of my own schedule. This can mean different things to different people and that's A OK. It's about the process, not the end result!

Be well and stay safe everyone!
