Hello BiggerPockets members,

I hope everyone is staying safe and spending some time with loved ones.

I am a newbie looking to start my Real Estate investing journey with a house hack, potentially a rehab in the Las Vegas area. I have been researching and I now want to reach out to a lender so that I can begin the process. Does anyone have a lender they can recommend?

This will be my first real estate investment and I would love to hear any tips, feedback, and best practices from the BP family. Thank you in advance.

I know of someone here in Las Vegas who does those. She's an amazing lender with 26 years of experience and she's done EVERYTHING you can think of in the lending world. I'll private message you her contact info.
