5 Questions you would ask a millionaire
What are 5 questions you would ask extremely successful people. I am looking to build my network and email local business owners/investors with the main intent to learn from them and possibly build a relationship. After building a relationship, my next goal would be to possibly use these people to raise money from.
What are some questions you would ask them via email? What would you do to stand out and grab their attention? Plan on asking things about how they got to where they are, some of their best investing advice etc. Thanks.

Wealthy people don't talk. People with a lot of credit who pose as wealthy will talk your head off; they want nothing more than to have you admire them. But those who are truly wealthy (I'm a former wealth banker/manager), they value their privacy, they keep their inner circle very small, and no one has the right to hear/know their story until they have earned that right. They have nothing to gain from talking with a stranger; "you can make more money but you can't make more time - so be careful where you spend it and with whom." That alone is a great lesson for any entrepreneur.
The Wall Street Journal is still the financial bible as well as the prominent financial publications. Again, they value their time and privacy as much or more than their hard earned money.
