Closing on R.E. Contract ...Need advise!

My first deal would be this triplex I have under contract to close the end of this month. This property has a ton of equity. I need to know how to close and extract at closing, use existing equity as a down payment source, use equity as a blanket loan to close on multiple properties?

This is my shot and I want to maximize the outcome so that I would not need to borrow from anyone else and be my own bank.

I know it's a tall order to fil but a lot of you seasoned mortgage pros and investors know where I'm going...It's the End game. Financial freedom I'm after!
