VA Renovation Loan vs BRRRR Method?
Hi, Im a veteran looking to get started in multi-family. I'm conflicted on the best way to approach my first deal funding wise. I'm in love with the BRRRR method, but I have started researching the VA Renovation Loan which appears to let me buy the property and fix it up.
Which approach is best? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
