I'm looking at listsource for the first time but I dont see how to find multifamily homes. Is there a listing service that will show you multifamily properties?

I called up the counties that I am interested in then asked them for a list of the multi family. They all gave me the list one made me pay $30 for it. I have them all in an excel file and then I can make notes if I talk to them etc. Here in Oregon I know it is easy to find who owns an LLC or corporation as well, since many times the property will be held under some kind of entity. Then you can go in find out when they bought for what price etc. Its nice because you can kind of know what they are thinking as far as how much do they need to give it to you! I think that is an excellent way to find yourself a good deal right now or at anytime.

Good luck to you.
