I was just about to raise rents when the virus hit.
Now with the virus will underway , I won’t raise rent but I still need to do it. Do you think there will be a time to do it this year or is this year a wash and just raise rents next year.

I just raised my rents on units whose lease ran out. They were about $50 under market value. I raised rents $40 on units rented at $1,375.
All my tenants are still working and paying rent.
