Multifamily build advice Ogden Utah

Hello,

I want to build a multi-family (3-4 plex) and house hack one unit to take advantage of my VA Loan. Looking for any advice or referals on finding multi family home builders here near Ogden Utah. So far i have been running into a wall as i have found residential home builders who do not build multi family homes. Thanks!
