Occupancy retention on acquisition

Lets say you acquire a 100 unit multi family 100% occupancy. Minimal repairs needed, just paint, lighting, signage..

In your experiences what is the retention rate for the first year?

why would you expect it to change? of course there's always turnover, but otherwise barring some disaster (such as this CV), I wouldn't expect anything different than has been trending already.
