Investing in Grand Forks, ND
Hello. I am a rookie investor in MN, I have to travel to Grand Forks, ND, for work about once a month. I have noticed that you can get a 4plex for half the price compared to St. Paul, where I typically buy. The rents are not a lot lower than here St. Paul. Any investors from ND, with insight?
