Any thoughts on this property? its very close to Northwestern, so I believe above 95% occupancy is no problem. My family is thinking of closing out this deal.

What are the pros and cons of having properties near by a big university?

Based on the numbers it presented, is there going to be any cash flow?

How to maintain a good landlord-tenants relationships?

Any thoughts/answers would greatly be appreciated.
