Need to Consult a builder

Hi all,

   I am interested in building a 3 floor, 9 unit (first floor retail store + 8 apartment above) building in Pittsburgh and received a quote for the same by a local builder. Is there an experienced builder here who can check the quote and give me an his honest opinion here? I want to make sure, I am not getting duped. Thanks in advance!
