MultiFamily New Build
I found a plot of land which is listed as being zoned for commercial use for up to six apartments. If I were to decide this is a good direction for me- where would I need to start? I know that this is likely more of a mental exercise as most of my knowledge is in single family- but the idea of buying land and starting from scratch for multifamily does peak my interest quite a bit. Tips? Advice? General thoughts?
