Hampton Roads area multi family help

I am looking to start purchasing apartment buildings in the Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Hampton, and Newport News area. I am looking for a good broker so if you have any suggestions on how to locate one or have a referral please let me know. Im looking for more than 50 units and under 30 million dollars. Im having a really hard time finding one. I have been flipping houses for 2 years now so I do have a good idea on how to build network and find brokers but multifamily seems to be a completely different ball game.

Go on Loopnet & Crexi and look at the current active deals. Who are the brokers listing those deals? Call them!
