Business Structure for rental property
Good day community. I am seeking help o understand how to set up small business structure for rental property investment.
My goal is to have one parent company which will have multiple llc for different properties protected from each other.
Is S Corp structure best for this?
Could I set up Trust and invest under this Trust?

The best thing to do is ask your accountant and attorney about the best structure for your personal situation. Most structures the properties will be held in a separate special purpose LLC for each property and your operating company/management company will be a separate LLC or Corp depending on your situation.
