Hi all! Does anyone have any good/bad experiences with buying a live-work space? Found a great investment property with restaurant space below and 4 units above, barely any repair and high cash flow. Not sure if I found a gem or if a restaurant is an investors nightmare...any advice for a newbie?! Thanks! :)
