Looking for multi family properties in Bradenton, Fl

Hello, I've recently purchased my first multi family unit in Bradenton, FL and will be closing on my second this coming Monday. I'm planning on refinancing to acquire a third if a good deal presents itself. Any advice on creative ways to locate my next investment? @Adrian Arias Hey Adrian, I'd love to hear more about your great deal on a multi family in Bradenton, I have not seen any great deals in Bradenton for quite a while on multi family off MLS. The larger duplex I bought for 200 K a year and a half ago and now sell for over 250. However regarding your question about finding more deals, in the single-family sector I have made connections with the half dozen wholesalers in the area and I have purchased one already from one and looking at another today on some pretty good flip and hold opportunities off market.
