Looking for multi family properties in Bradenton, Fl

Hello, I've recently purchased my first multi family unit in Bradenton, FL and will be closing on my second this coming Monday. I'm planning on refinancing to acquire a third if a good deal presents itself. Any advice on creative ways to locate my next investment? Would love to connect with investors and some great agents in the area. Thanks.
