Elevator in a 4 story apartment building

Praveen Cherian
Posted

Hi, I just purchased a 4 story apartment building that requires full rehab. It comes with an elevator. My partner and I have estimates for unit rehab but need some guidance from those who have experience with elevators. Would appreciate any experience feedback on cost to fully restore or replace the elevator.

Thanks

No way we could tell you. There are a lot of variables here. Age, condition, manufacture, type, repair vs replace, etc. Best bet is to call a local company for an estimate.
