Looking for Commercial Apartments

I don't have the money yet for a down payment but I still want to be underwriting deals to help increase the odds of me finding the steal deal and get more efficient at doing so and understand the process more so. I see Loopnet is available but they seem to be the left overs in a sense. Anyone have any suggestions on how I can still look at the properties even though I don't have the money yet?

@Athan Seyler I would recommend going to meet-ups, REIA meetings, as well as letting people know on here, that you are wanting to learn more about underwriting deals and willing to help others with their deals.

One thing I cannot stress enough: be honest about your abilities.  If you have not done this, approach people with the understanding that you are trying to learn.  Everyone you meet is a potential employer, investor, or partner, so you want to make sure you leave them all with a good impression.  Under promise and over deliver, or minimum deliver what was promised.
