First Time Buyer - Opinions Needed
I am interested in a property that already has an inspection done by the seller. The seller will not allow me to get my own inspection in order not to disrupt existing tenants but has come down on selling price. Is this normal or a sign of a red flag?

@Kevin Peterson it feels fishy to me. Do you mean he does not want potential buyers to tour the units? That I can understand, but to outright not allow a full inspection once under contract, I would walk away.
