Help with evaluating this property. 

Details: 3 family multifamily home. Current listing is $339,000.

Existing conditions: has a 2 car garage, in need of major repairs ie. new roof/garage doors. The home itself looks as if it will need a new roof. And the previous tenants were horders, so serious cleaning needed alone with a budget for rehab of each floor. Unsure about the MEP systems.  exterior seems to be in ”like new condition”. Close to schools, hospitals, commercial store, and public transportation. Not in the greatest area as far as crime. But not terrible.

Taxes: $4,136 annually
