Hi, I'm interested to hear some recommendations on what people think is the most effective method for acquiring a seller financing deal on a commercial sized property (5+ unites) in the Jacksconville, FL area. I have read up on several methods, and have narrowed it down to what seems to be the most popular: Direct Mail Marketing, Cold Calling, and getting on some Wholesalers' lists. Additionally, does anyone recommend how to find this info. for DMM and Cold Calling (List source, CoStar, Reonomy). Any and all advice is appreciated, thanks!
