Rates higher on refi. Any lender suggestions for 2-4U in OC?
Purchased a triplex 2 years ago and obtained a 4.75% 30 yr. fixed. I am purchasing another triplex in the same area and was just quoted 3.75% for a 10 yr. ARM. Unfortunately the lender wont offer the 3.75% rate on the refi and I checked with 4 different lenders and they are all not as competitive on refinancing. Sounds like this is typical but wanted to check with you all. Any lender suggestions out there would be appreciated. Thanks!!
