Hey guys . My name is Kevin I’m 24 years old and I been studying real estate for a few months now. Im currently paying 2500/month for rent and I’m thinking of trying to purchase a duplex/ 2 family home ( with co signer due to lack of w2 history) and house hack to save some money and get the full buying house experience. I have about 40-50k saved up. Any tips or ideas for a beginner?
