Foster care agency?? Please help?

I am currently renting out a 3 bedroom apartment. A foster care agency reached out to me and asked me if I would be interested in allowing young adults who have aged out of the foster care system to move in. A majority of the young adults do not have credit histories and/or are currently not working. The agency provides the youth with a security deposit and living expense checks each month.

I requested that the agency would have to be held responsible to pay the rent to us directly each month rather than individuals.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
