@Onye Chukwuma I agree with @Charles Carillo, it is important to screen any potential tenants over the age of 18 that would be living in the property as well as verifying their income.  I also recommend setting strict screening criteria to steer away from any applicants that would just be wasting your time.

I also recommend checking out the landlord resources tab on BiggerPockets.  They have some recommend screening companies that you can do some research on to see what company best fits your screening needs.  You can also find this tab by hovering over the tools tab and selecting "landlord resources" under services.
