Hello All,

I am looking to invest in Multifamily apartments in Austin, Dallas and San Antonio. I am looking for type B and C, in B and C areas. Any feedback on where should I look for? Any brokers on BP who would like to connect?

Thank you in advance.

Get a bit more educated so you can speak the same lingo. It's 'class B/C' and not type. They get a lot of people calling them so if you want them to take you seriously, be a bit more prepared before you call. And the size deals you do will determine which brokerages you will likely connect with. But you can just Google 'Dallas multifamily brokers' and a list of the top brokers will be there you can reach out to.
