Hey folks, I am curious about something. Here is the picture:

If I want to build 14 units apartment, how many land acre needed ? and possible investment?

Number of acres all depends on the zoning, topography and type of construction. If you go vertical and park underneath or can use on street parking you don’t need as much land at all. If it’s all one or two story with surface parking you may need an acre or more.

Cost will vary greatly depending on sitework, utilities type of construction etc. I am seeing $125-$200 a foot all in in most areas.
