Need to Meet an experienced syndication operator
I am based in Miami and new to multifamily syndication looking to network with others experienced in this area.
Anyone have tips for making such connections?

Look for a local ULI meetup or troll the CCIM networks in the area. You can find some folks at those spots fairly easily.
Make sure you know what you can offer them if you make the connections.
