Any private lender/advice on how to get a loan in Manhattan?

I’m a real estate investor. I need a loan to purchase a property(townhome) in manhattan. If anyone know any leads/valuable information please message me. Yes I know it’s manhattan. I have always invested in Manhattan with Maximum return on investment. So it’s a market I know so well!.

Any advice on how to get this done is appreciated.
