St. Louis Investment Properties

Hello All!

This is my first time posting here but I have been lurking ;) I just did my first BRRRR in St. Louis in May and it turned out great. I am now looking to do a 1031 exchange for multiple units up in St. Louis. Price range up around $600K. Hoping to have net income around $6k+/month. Let me know if you have any leads or advice!
