I may be moving to Greenville SC area next year for work. What is the REI community like in Greenville? What kind of multi-family stock is there? Any observations on market trends?

@Nate Ginsberg Greenville, SC has solid economic fundamentals like job growth, population growth, and projected rent growth. @Brandon Abbott lived there for years and can probably provide additional local expertise.
