Multi-Family Loan Question

Hello I am very new to this, and I am looking into becoming an investor. I think getting a loan from a bank for my first property will be the easiest, but I am a little worried about getting the loan in the first place. My credit score is currently 690 and all I have at the moment is a credit card. Will I be able to get a loan from a bank or will they turn me down?
