How to Keep Moving Forward

Hi everyone,

I'm a relative beginner, starting a tentative first deal with my partner in a few weeks. Right now there are a few days until the conference call that'll get things started and I'm wondering, what's the best way to spend my time until then? Reading books, networking, studying underwriting, nothing? How have you guys spent your time when it's not clear exactly what the next step is?
