@Ruslan Kotelyanets I am going to give yo a little bit of Tough Love.  Essentially what you are saying is I don't have enough money to buy something. How do I buy it?

Yes it is possible to do deal with little money but it is extremely hard to do a first deal with no experience and no money.  I was doing this business for 7 years before I did my first no money down deal.

There are strategies like owner financing, hard money lenders, private lenders etc. But it can be risky with no reserves for the inevitable emergency. Keep reading here about the creative strategies, so you are ready when the opportunity appears. But in the mean time save your money until you have a small pile of chips to deal with.
