Question about replacing house w/townhouses how to find partner?
What kind of deal would be best to structure in this circumstance?
The lot (9,333 sf lot) with house currently on it is on Ivyridge rd, houston, tx 77043. There are townhouses being developed on lots nearby in several locations off of wycliff etc.. I also have an interested party on house/lot next door that may be willing to workout a deal. The thought would be that we could combine both lots and build a small townhouse community type development. I am also a general contractor and can handle demo and building. Would an investor pay for materials etc for developmentand maybe split ownership of the townhouses? What kind of deal would be best to structure in this circumstance?
