Hey everyone, I’ve been trying to start my RE investing journeys for a while now. I am a 27yr old veteran. I just recently moved to Bridgeport Connecticut from NYC. Right now I my only income is from my GI bill for attending school. Is it possible for me to get a loan just with that income.? if so WHAT ARE THE BEST CITIES TO START LOOKING FOR MULTI-FAMILY PROPERTIES?

I say learn the area you are in and start investing there. It would be way easier to house hack where you are until you learn the ropes. Im sure there are many different programs for veterans.  And Thank You for serving our country! Good luck!
