Brokers and Cap Rates?
Hey guys,
When you're talking to a broker how do you know the broker isn't falsely making the cap rate a little lower than what the market is paying?

@Jesse Daconta Your best bet would be to verify the market cap rate with another broker or to reach out to a commercial appraiser and get their opinion. Between the two, you should get a good idea on what the cap rate should be.
