Use Rental Income to Pay Invoices or Use Credit Card
What is the more prudent play: use the rental income to pay for the invoices, or use my credit card that earns points?
Paying with my own credit card will create a greater distribution at months end, so wouldn't that cause a greater tax liability? Or is there no real difference since the net profit will be the same either way? Would love some feedback. Thanks!
